Silvia Rocha is a VP of Engineering at OutSystems. Having joined the Company +7 years ago, she started off as a Senior Engagement Manager and oversaw one of our largest digital transformation initiatives at the time. Right after, Sílvia drove Professional Services customer engagement, UX/UI, and quality assurance practices across all goes. A few years ago, Sílvia returned to the Product area at OutSystems (where she had previously spent her entire career). She is currency leading a product group fully dedicated to building up the company's product line.
